Since it appears I am the only one on Oppo that didn't attend either a C&C or Car Show I went digging for something to write about. Apparently luck is on my side because it appears that a car show I went to back in June and thought that I posted about I actually didn't post. * facepalm*
So, ladies and gentleman of Oppo, I officially welcome you to the 26th Annual Chautauqa Car Show. If you are now scratching your head asking yourself why you've never heard of this event you aren't alone.
Chautauqa is an annual July festival located in the quaint mountain town of Wytheville, Virginia. During the week long event there is live music every night on multiple stages, art and craft shows, chili cook offs, parades, a car show, and much much more. While people come from all over the country for this festival the town has really done a fantastic job keeping the festival intimate allowing every attendee to have a fantastic time without feeling crowded. I strongly suggest people living in or around SW Virginia to make the short drive to Wytheville to enjoy this festival.
I will now shut up and get on to the entire reason you clicked on this post: the photos.
Enjoy!

That Comanche is clean. If only it was a Comanche Eliminator...

That is exactly what I said when I saw it. The Eliminators are so cool!

It still amazes me what people in the naming department could get away with just 30 years ago.

I know. Political correctness has neutered this country's creativity.
